Today I have the pleasure of speaking with Danny Dang, a Transformative Mindset Guide, Intuitive Numerologist and Medicine Man.

He also shares about the idea of the Lens of Perception - how we all see through this lens that is crafted by our conditioning and past experience, and that once we acknowledge this, we can come to better understand and accept ourselves and others.
Danny closes with sharing his simple yet powerful strategy for present moment awareness as a means of nourshing oneself, which everyone can employ, even while washing the dishes!
