INSECURITIES will cost you your relationship

I learnt this the hard way. For a long time I put my head in the sand and hoped someday I would wake up feeling confident and secure.

Every now and again the insecurities would reach boiling point and it would cause pain in my relationships.

I’ve had a few relationship breakdowns due to my own insecurities.

It took a while before I realised I was the only one who could work on this. I couldn’t keep expecting my partner and mates to top up my confidence.

I needed to address what was there.
- jealously
- low self worth

To name a few kept screaming at me. The moment I acknowledged it, I gave myself permission to improve it.

I was jealous because I didn’t fee good enough.

I needed to put in the work to love myself and improve my opinion of myself

It was fucking hard but game changing... something that requires work every day! It’s not a set and forget lads. Put on the work if you really want a relationship that thrives.
