We all have a lens. We see the world through it and it filters our reality. Every person has one and it is as unique as we are. But what a lot of people don’t realise is that this lens not only changes what we see, but we also project our thoughts and feelings through it and it changes them as well. If you are unhappy in life, it all comes down to this lens.
