Your Life Comes with Instructions - with Dean Shrock, Ph.D.

Why do people believe in God or a Supreme Being of some kind? Life is a constant learning and deciding who we are and who we want to be. Rather than the religious belief that God created you and me, spiritually knows that it is we who are creating God.

The fact is that divine inspiration is the birthright of every human being, and always has been. This is not what we have been told to believe. We need the courage to explore new understandings. We need the courage to change our beliefs about healthcare, about the ultimate source of life, about God, about our ability to go within for guidance and support.

You are a very powerful creator; Indeed, your thoughts create your reality. If you repeat a thought over and over again, you increase the probability that it becomes manifest in form.

As I’ve explained numbers of times now, we can always go within and connect with our Greater Being. This includes going inside to discover the underlying cause of any disease or symptoms, and why there is always reason for hope.

A key to aligning with love and self-love is to recognize the existence of your soul and connecting your soul or pure spirit with the cosmic truth of oneness and universal love. You are here to love yourself, to gain a deeper understanding of the Truth of who you are. Any belief that you are “less” or less deserving is an example of not loving yourself. True sin is the denial of your divinity.

Putting yourself first does not mean you’re selfish; it means being self-aware. Relationships are what the human experience is all about. Each and every one is about you.

People want to feel loved, accepted, and forgiven. They want to be given a chance. Or a second chance. They want to fit in. The last thing they want is to feel rejected.

My dreams have been so informative. In this chapter I’ll share what I was told about sustainable living and how this has become a “moral crisis”, and that “ecology” held the answer to this. Everything is interrelated, and every part affects the whole. We truly need to treat others and all of life the way we would like to be treated. This was especially true in the way we treat the environment. Our continued pollution of the air, water, and soil has now become a climate emergency and is the greatest threat to global health.

By now you can appreciate the connectedness of everything - and the love, caring, and compassion that abounds, underlies, and surrounds us. We’re all in this together. This includes all of nature. Helping each other is normal and natural. In this chapter I hope you’ll come to see birds, animals, and pets in a little different light. Even insects!

Thank you for your interest to listen to the podcast of the seventh chapter titled “Nature” of my new book, Your Life Comes With Instructions. When I was attempting to understand and define love in order to explain why love heals, I will never forget being told in a meditation that nature is the purest form of love. And the most natural connection to our Divine Source on this physical plane is through nature.
