And your bliss guides you to it. When you follow your bliss, when you follow your path to joy, your conversation becomes of joy, your feelings are of joy. You’re right on the path of that which you intended when you came into this physical body.

In the prior chapter, I proposed that the ultimate awareness we could possibly have is that we are one with God, one with all that is. We already have inside of us everything we could possibly want. We are perfectly safe and loved no matter what happens, even if things appear to be completely chaotic and full of pain and suffering. There is truly nothing to fear. This is where trust or faith comes in.

When I conducted research with my cancer patients, I concluded that they lived longer because they felt loved and cared for. This conclusion led me to write my book, “Why Love Heals”, because I wanted to understand how feeling loved and cared for could actually result in remission from cancer. In this process I attempted to define what love is. Here’s what I discovered.

I was surprised when I stared to ask my dreams for information for my new book that I head the word “ecstasy”. I wasn’t even sure I really heard this or what it meant. But as I meditated and thought more about it, “ecstasy” was a perfect start and reason for why anyone would want to go within. Here’s why:
