Key Word: REMEMBER

 Psalm 42:6, “I will put my hope in God! I will praise him again—my Savior and my God! Now I am deeply discouraged, but I will remember you—"

 Isaiah 46:9, “Remember the things I have done in the past. For I alone am God! I am God, and there is none like me.”

 Remember where you are … now

v20, “there he remained…”

 Acts 17:26, (NCV) “God decided exactly when and where they must live.”

Remember what you are … doing

39:10-12a, “She kept putting pressure on Joseph day after day, but he refused to sleep with her, and he kept out of her way as much as possible. One day, however, no one else was around when he went in to do his work. She came and grabbed him…”

 Ephesians 5:12, “It is shameful even to talk about the things that ungodly people do in secret.”

3 words for battling temptation: No. Run. Trust.

 James 4:7, “So humble yourselves before God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you.”

 1 Corinthians 10:13, “The temptations in your life are no different from what others experience. And God is faithful. He will not allow the temptation to be more than you can stand. When you are tempted, he will show you a way out so that you can endure.”

 James 1:13-14, “Remember, when you are being tempted, do not say, “God is tempting me.” God is never tempted to do wrong, and he never tempts anyone else. Temptation comes from our own desires, which entice us and drag us away.”

Remember who’s you are … forever

v21, “But the Lord was with Joseph in the prison…”

v23, “The Lord was with him and caused everything he did to succeed.”
