I was very nervous doing this episode because I didn’t know if it would be good or not but I realize that I had to just do it because it’s the only way I could get started. This show exists because Mental Health is an important topic and I want to help bring more attention to it as best as I can, and hopefully in a way affect the show’s listeners in a positive way. Now I know this episode sounds very rough but I’m hoping you guys will bare with me as this is only the first episode. I hope to improve every week I do this show and I want to get it right for you, the listener, so please share your feedback with me; I want all of it. Good, bad, ugly.
