Life is designed for hills and valleys. We all have good and bad times, ups and downs. We serve a God who remains the same in the hills and valleys of our life. He is good even when life is not. It is in the hills and valleys of life that we find our dependence on Him. He has promised that He will never leave nor forsake us.

We live in a world that is moving at an alarming pace. People rush from one activity to the next pursuing worldly gain with no time for God. However, in order to spend time in His presence we must be intentional. We must stop and find the time to do so. We are encouraged to seek Him while He may be found and to call upon him while He is near. Let us not be so busy that we miss the opportunity to spend time at His feet. "My brethren, count it all joy when ye fall into divers temptations; knowing this, that the trying of your faith worketh patience." (James 1:2-4) As a believer, God purifies our hearts by drawing out our sinfulness. This is likened to the refining of gold. What does he use to refine us? He uses trials(hardships). This helps to make us better Christians, and the process contributes to our growth and maturity. The end of our faith is the salvation of our souls.( 1 Peter 1:9)

Blessed be the Lord who daily loadeth us with benefits, even the God of our salvation. (Ps. 68:19) God's mercies are renewed every morning. Great is his faithfulness.

When we acknowledge and confess our sins to God we receive his forgiveness. We serve a God whose arms are open wide when we acknowledge our wrongs and seek forgiveness. We must also be willing to forgive those who have wronged us and ask forgiveness from those we have wronged. This is the only way to have peace of conscience.

God not not call the equipped, He equips the called. If God has called you to work in his Kingdom he will give you all the skills you need to carry out that task. He believes in you.

"Hear my cry O God, attend unto my prayer. From the end of the earth will I cry unto thee, when my heart is overwhelmed, lead me to the rock that is higher than I. For thou hast been a shelter for me and a strong tower from the enemy" Ps. 61:1-3 when our heart is overwhelmed we need to run to Jesus. Be blessed. Evangelist H. Staple-Reid

On our Christian journey we face many struggles but today i want you to know that we serve a real God who understands our real problems. You may not see a way out but even when we cannot see it God is still working things out for our good. We just need to trust his heart because his thoughts and ways are not ours. The world wants to hear the gospel from people who are not afraid to be vulnerable. Let us go and show the world that we are real people, with real struggles, who serve a real God.

If we forgive those who have wronged us, our heavenly Father will also forgive us. However, if we refuse to forgive those who have wronged us, neither will God forgive us. ( Matt 6:14-15)

Many persons believe that they do not have enough resources for themselves. Therefore, in their mind, they think that they do not have anything to share with others. However, each of us has something to give. When we surrender what we have,it becomes a blessing to others. By faith, bring what you have to Jesus and watch Him work on your behalf. God bless you all.
