To 'have a heart is used to ask someone to be kinder to you and to others. Many person do not show kindness to others. However, we should love others, help those in need remembering that we once bore a heavy load of despair. However, Jesus came and now we are saved. Therefore, we should have a heart for those who bend beneath their load of care.

There are many persons who find pleasure in interfering in other people's business. However, the Apostle Paul told the Thessalonian believers in 1Timothy 4 that they should practice to lead a quiet life, work with their hands and mind their own business. We are encouraged to do the same so that we become a blessing to the body of Christ.

1 Cor. 15:58 Therefore my beloved brethren, be ye steadfast, unmovable, always abounding in the work of the Lord, for as much as ye know that your labour is not in vain in the Lord"

To everything there is a season, and a time to every purpose under the heaven.

The Christian Life is compared to a marathon, one which requires perseverance and endurance. Although as Christian we may face several tests and trials we must continue. We look to Jesus who, in this marathon, is our lead runner. He came to earth and he suffered mockery and shame. He went to the cross and endured pain and suffering so that he could provide redemption for the whole human race. Therefore, don't give up. When the road gets tough the best cure is to fix our eyes on Jesus the perfecter of our faith.

Friends Jesus deserves our worship. He is Lord. He has risen from the dead and He is Lord. Every knee shall bow, and every tongue confess that Jesus Christ is Lord.

We are all made in God's image. Our Lord wants us to view ourselves as servants with great dignity. We must be willing to serve and not expect to be served. In order to be great Jesus is calling us to adopt the attitude of children: humility, simplicity, teachableness and unworldliness. True greatness does not lie in what we possess or have achieved. It lies in our willingness to serve those who are the smallest and lowliest among us. That constitutes Jesus' kind of greatness.

Jesus Christ came to this earth to seek and save the lost. Although many persons have heard the call to follow him they are resistant to change from their sinful lifestyle. They find many excuses why they are not ready to follow him. However, because of his faithfulness to us, he still rescues the perishing. His mercy has overcome our resistance. Today we can have forgiveness of sins as we seek to obey his word.

Many persons live their lives as if they are running out of time. There is so much to do. However, although we need to take our responsibilities seriously we need to stop and take a breath. We must rest a while..not because our work is done but because God commanded it. True rest however, comes from spending time with God,recognizing His presence and trusting His word. If we forgive those who have wronged us, God will forgive us. However, if we refuse to forgive them God will not forgive us. Therefore, when you forgive you set a prisoner free,then realize that prisoner was you. When you forgive, you heal. When you let it go, you grow.
