Bill delivers his first episode of Season 2 - Judy Doom, a transgender woman truck driver played by Zac Efron, is the star of Truck Stop Tranny.  To pay for her medical expenses, Judy takes on the dangerous task of delivering a truck load of stem cells to a children's hospital in the center of a newly seceded and dystopic Texas.  Michael Shannon and David Lee Roth play two sadistic pastors hunting her down to prevent her from completing her mission.
