Christmas can be a really loaded time of year, especially if you're also navigating grief. We're all pretty exhausted at this end of the year, and it's been a pretty massive year! I wanted to give you a few permission slips for things to look the way you need them to over this impending festive season.

1. Permission for Christmas to look the way you want it to, so that it feels good for you.
2. Permission to rest.
3. Permission for things to not look perfect.
4. Permission to ask for help.

However Christmas looks for you, I hope that you are able to find pockets of peace and joy in this festive season.
