Well hello there, babes. Welcome back to Your Place or Mine, hosted by Jessie Olsen. In this solo episode, I chat about where life is at right now and how I'm navigating this season.

I know I haven't posted many solo episodes this year, babes. In my journey of scaling back a bit of what I'm sharing publicly I've had a bit of a struggle figuring out what I do want to be sharing. Hear me chat about how comedy is going and about my recent trip to Ottawa and hanging out with the "cool kids." I talk about some big lessons I've uncovered in therapy and how I'm working on re-wiring some aspects of my life. I unpack this concept of granting myself permission to change my mind in different areas and how important it is to allow yourself room to evolve and grow in ways you didn't expect.
