Your Place

Thank you again for making Your Place your blog talk show of choice.  Tonight you will get the second part of the lesson regarding if you should use anything but the King James Version of the bible. There are a couple of points that I am not sure that I agree with regarding his references of the use of the gifts of the Holy Ghost. I started to edit that out but then remembered that God's word is not limited to only one point of study. A two edged sword is the example that came to mind. So be open minded as we hear the rest of this study.  As always we open up the microphones at the end of each show so that you can ask questions, or make a comment.  All you have to do is push the number 1 on your phone.  You will be identified by the last four digits of your phone number when we place you on the air.

Welcome to another show.  It has been amazing to us to listen to the last two shows where we took the word of God and looked at the history.  We have tried to put together a factual show regarding the comparrison of the King James Version to the newer versions.  This has been very difficult because like many political documents each person who does these teachings has taken liberty to add other information that I do not agree with.  But that is why we call this your place.  We found one person's teaching on this that reached out to the Holy Ghost that lives inside of us as nothing else we had found.  We are going to bring this to you in two parts due to the amount of information supplied.  We have limited time to prepare for each weeks show.  We know that this is the next topic of discussion that God wants to use this show to share with you! So take the good and ignore or comment on what disagree with.  Here is a short insight as to just how bad the NKJV is: Why I do not use the New Kings Jame version of the bible! 22 omissions of "hell", 23 omissions of "blood", 44 omissions of "repent", 50 omissions of "heaven", 51 omissions of "God", 66 omissions of "Lord". Any of these words to hard for any of you to understand? We encourage you to listen to our last two shows as part of your research of the Bible.  As always we open up the microphones at the end of the show so you can share your thoughts or comments. We have to know what the word of GOD is to have our faith grow, be in a church that teaches truth, and follow GOD's plan of salvation HE put in place for all of mankind!

We want to thank you for being a part of our show. Last week we took a look at the Dead Sea Scrolls.  In a time where many scholors are working hard to take GOD out of the equation of life, this one discovery using both scientific and historical studies proves many things regarding GOD and his preservation power of HIS word! It is almost funny that during my life time I have seen how science has changed their own rules of what it takes to make something a scientific fact in an effort to confuse the weak minded about GOD!  Educational reference books and historical studies are being re-written to try to remove GOD from the mind of man as being what we all need! Many biblical preachers and teachers today are looking for their own twist, spin, and even shock therapy in an effort to get people to think outside of the box to see how much they need Jesus as their saviour!  Others give short feel good messages regarding how life can be better with the blessings of GOD without having to make life changing choices to stay connected to a Holy God! They edit the Bible to make their own points while leaving Jesus behind in the dust on what mankind really needs to hear! Easter is coming up next week.  The beating that Jesus took that was our debt to pay is no,t and yet is a feel good message.  Jesus being mocked, treated as the worst of criminals bearing the shame of the cross that was my debt I owed is not a feel good message. But yet it is!  As we continue this week to share more insight into the Bible itself, we ask that you think of this one point.  If there is no God that created this world as we know it today?  How can his words have survived in our history where many men of power have tried to set themselves up to be Gods on this planet?

Welcome to another show.  Last week we had some technical issues and so we brought you last weeks show again. There are so many thoughts and perceptions today when it comes to religion! Is it by chance that so many of these run parallel to each other? People in our world society have developed their own practices of worship and definition of GOD! Yet all are as devout to their perceptions as the other. The largest discrepancy could be argued, and has been, in wars in the Middle East! Many would argue that the most argued point is on who is GOD's chosen people! Others would argue that the dividing line is on who Jesus is in relationship to God. Tonight we are bringing you information on the dead sea scrolls that was investigated by the BBC. We feel this is important with all of the attacks that have been made of late regarding the Bible and it's contents, that we take you back to a historical look that has been documented. Here we look at the miracle of the preservation of the Dead Sea Scrolls. We look forward to your questions and comments at the end of the show. Push the number 1 at the end of the show and you will be identified by the last four digits of your phone number when we place you on the air.

Welcome to another show from, "Your Place". As you have probably guessed by the intro that played, "Wild Bill is back"!  If you thought this started off on a negitive note then you need to stay for the following part of this show. Wild Bill wants you to be aware of the message that you are hearing that is determining your faith.  Back in the 70's a cheap trash magizine made up more then it had in facts said that, "enquiring minds want to know"!  With all of the new social media we are getting slammed with, there are messages on anything and everything on a hourly basis! Wild Bill hopes to paint a picture in your mind that you take to your heart as to who you are listening to informing your perceptions and faith. We are all aware of the wars and battles taking place around the world. But have you thought about the war that is taking place right here in the United States to try to shape your minds way of making perceptions?  Well, I know Wild Bill has some more to share, but we want to ask Blog Talk Mom to offer prayer over this show before we hear from him.

Hello everyone, and welcome to YOUR-PLACE!  Tonight we have with us BlogTalk Mom teaching on Let Us Not Be Weary In Well Doing. If you have any questions or comments just push one on your phone and we'll identify you by the last four digits of your phone number.

Welcome to another show here at Your Place. Blog Talk Mom will be with us again bringing us another great message from God's Word! And we will have questions and comments after the show.

Hello, and welcome to another show here at Your Place. Tonight we have our very own Blog Talk Mom who will be sharing with us from the book of Philemon. And, of course, we will be taling questions and comments after the show!

Welcome to another show at, "Your-Place"! We want to thank you for taking time to listen to our show. We are still asking teachers and preachers that have a burning topic they would like to share, to contact us about being on our show. Just remember that we open up the mics at the end of each show to allow people to ask questions or make a comment. You may say that you are not a teacher or a preacher, but that you would like to suggest a topic of discussion for a show and/or may want to lead in the conversation. You are welcome to do that as well. As you know we have offered people, if ever in middle Tennessee area, to come and visit the Sanctuary of Nolensville.  We have even offered you the oppertunity to be a blessing to this young work by making a donation to their building fund. You can do this through the show or direct.  The church has a FB page where you can get all of their information. Today we are bringing you the message that was preached during last Sunday's service.  We pray that it inspires you as it did us!
