On this episode, we’re doing something different 🤭 I want you to do something you’ve probably never done before. I want you to take care of yourself before anything or anyone in your life. 

Brace yourself I’m about to say it, I need you to rid yourself of selflessness and embrace self-love. You wouldn’t believe how much Hidden power you have locked away.

Let’s start with what you see in the mirror every day do you love what you see? Do you see a person who can take of the world or do you see nothing? And when I say nothing I mean it. NOTHING!

List of questions:

1. Do you take care of your body?
2. Do you take care of your grooming?
3. Do you take care of her hygiene?
4. Do you take care of your appearance?
5. Do you take care of your heart?

You wouldn’t believe how many people overlook all the matters of the heart. 

Your heart opens the windows to the very essence of who you are. 

Let me ask you what are you letting in? 
Now when I say what are you letting in, I’m referring to your thoughts going into your heart. Are you talking yourself up or down?

The world 🌎 will perceive you how you perceive you, so what do you see? 
Wait I have a better question what do you want to see? You have the power to change your life, only if you believe it’s possible, but first, start off changing the person you see in the mirror. You can’t make people see what you don’t see yourself. You have to show them.

In this episode, we’re talking about mentorship! 😎 I take progression seriously and you should too, but there are ways to shorten your learning curve. Finding the right mentors will take you from where you are to where you to be with a lot less friction and failure. There’s no set of skills on this planet that someone before hasn’t already mastered. 

Why would you spend all of your time trying to figure out all the little stops on your path when you have the ability to reach up? (What do you mean by reach up Rob?) 

We spend our entire lives reaching side to side even down for help or guidance when we’re trying to move up. You have to come to the point in your life where moving side to side isn’t enough. 

Mentors live the life you want. They can place you on the right path because they have already done it. Why not learn from proven mastery?

Why is that? There’s so much information out there if you don’t focus yourself your attention will be everywhere. Doing what? Getting you nowhere.

• Seek out, 1-2 live in-person mentors. Someone you have access to weekly.

In this episode, I need you to take a hard look at your life. I need you to look deep down into your soul and imagine the conversation you would have with the creator of the universe the day you die. 

No one knows when their time will come, but most of us act as if there's no end to our existence on earth. Waking up every day with no purpose or direction.
Let me ask you, What’s the point of waking up if you’re still asleep while you’re up?

People live their lives in a spiritual state of being I like to call soul sleep, which means the very essence of who you don’t exist. 

I want you to take a survey, this survey will include you as well. Where ever you are right now look 👀 to your right and look 👀 to your left. How many people including you see life as a useable gift?

You don’t have to go up to anyone to see the lack of direction just think 💭 about it your gift 🎁. What are you doing with it? But if you want to break out of your box and see life from a different perspective ask 5 people. Without a doubt, the answer you get will shock you. 

I love the way Earl Nightingale said it people don’t think 💭 , will you?

• Search your sole for two things you love and master it.
• ( Let me give you an example ) 
• Love systems and understanding the science behind things that interest me. After you figure that out, start building your life around it.

The crazy thing about this one abandonment most people don't know it’s controlling their lives until it’s brought to their attention.

Is it possible to have both parents in your life but feel abandoned? You already know what I’m about to say Yes!!! 

Having people in your life but not present puts them In the same category of not being there. 

I have another list of questions for you to see if you fall into one of these categories:

1. Do you hold on to people who clearly have no place in your life, but the need for them outweighs all the destruction he/she brings?
2. Are you attracted to a broken woman?
3. What’s driving your relationships or relationship, can you honestly say it’s love or necessity?
4. Do you feel loved or safe living within toxic environments?

There isn’t a perfect soul on this planet. We know that to be true, all of us have started something but never fished it.

How many times have you been really really excited about starting a new adventure and you tell all your friends and family and within two months it’s already forgotten? 

I’ve talked it many times, grinding in the wrong direction will have you lost for years. 

Have you ever talked to someone who’s completely satisfied in all their decisions they have a certain zeal about? Even if it seems crazy to the outside world that passion for life comes down to one thing, purpose.

It takes a tremendous amount of time and effort to build something worth standing on worth standing by, so let me ask you:

1. Who’s stealing your time?
2. What are you wasting your time on?
3. How important is your time?
