This is the lesson I've learnt over the past week, a new layer of discomfort and the deep profound possibility in you pressing pause! ⏯

Hustle hustle hustle, go go go, busy busy busy is how most people run life (me included) this week I had a challenge (that I share in the episode) that called me to really slow down, pause and love myself deeply.

As a result manifestations, attractions of some dreams I'd put out into the universe and so much more happened.

Today I dive into the 4 Step Process for receiving signs from the universe.

Those 111, 222, 333 numbers you keep seeing... animals, birds pooing on you, yep they are your signs and a way the universe communicates to you. How can you discern what is a sign for you and then trust when they arrive? I'll share that today

Also what stops you from listening to signs from the universe... (yep we can be our own block to these)
