Hey everyone. This is a departure from our usual broadcasting to talk politics with my friend Bridge.  We get into the current state of affairs and we recorded it a few weeks ago, but not much has changed sadly. So enjoy our departure and back to our original programming soon. 

Nate goes off the night before he goes back to work. As we previously stated there is nothing worse than going back to work after a vacation.  

Nate and I talk about getting back from vacation. I go through the idea of having a golden era at your job, and relive trauma about customers reactions to air conditioning. We also talk about the many Karens out there and how if you work retail you will come into contact with them.  Nate is still getting strength from being on vacation and I'm getting strength from the movie Highlander, it holds up beautifully.

Nate went to Philly, so that is why this is a day late. I talk about the unwritten rule that if you order food customers will show up as you try to eat.  Nate gives a little insight into the world of cooking at a restaurants and we finish with the usual sharing of our strength. I'm getting strength from Letterkenny, great show. Nate is getting strength from seeing his friends.

Hey folks. All the talk about overnight work got me thinking about stories from nights spent behind the counter and felt sharing a few.  Here is the first of many. 

Nate and I talk about customer service. I'm happy Liverpool won the PL and Nate's sad that baseball hasn't started. We both hate Ikea and Nate has a new podcast, First Street Meat Company over on Spotify. If you like butchering meat then head on over. Nate's getting strength from that podcast and I'm still happy that Liverpool won the title. 

Nate and I talk about working every single holiday. Nate tells bathroom stories and I realize that George Costanza has had a big impact on my life philosophy.

Nate and I have a tough time with zoom. We talk about racism, Nate has actually had to deal with it, and I share stories about white people complaining to me. Stay safe everyone and black lives matter. 

Nate shares some bad news and I talk about being depressed. We talk about all the streaming services. VHS stores making a comeback in San Francisco. Bro culture with Jeeps, and Nate told me that you can let your mind wander as much as you like just don't kill yourself.  Rats in the cars and I hate being a homeowner.
