We're back again with another triple threat guest. He's a veteran, a dad, AND one of the hottest new writers on the market. Jason Meuschke learned us up on quite a few things this interview. We discussed the complexities of going from Navy Seaman to stay-at-home dad. Jason also taught us the secrets to writing great novels. I can't tell you here, but the secret is there to be found.

Dan and I are back again with more Daddy goodness! This time we dove into the tough topics. We started strong with how we're introducing our kids to their... ahem, biology. It's a toucy subject for someone that still says peepee and poopoo. After that, we got into everyone's favorite childhood stage-when your child starts questioning you. So much fun for you and me.

We spend a brief moment laughing at sovereign citizens. Blink and you'll miss it. Well. I guess not since it's an audio format.

Going Old School is still cool right? The kids still say that, I think. Which makes me cool for saying we went old school this week baby! Just me and Dan again. Like a warm blanket right out of the dryer. You love it and we love giving it to ya. Wait...

Anyway. We talked about how we're succeeding, or not, at feeding our kids nutritious meals. That was good enough that we probably could have stopped there but then we got into one of my personal favorites. Professional wrestling. Don't tell me it's fake. Well hey everybody! Hey. Quick question. How do Lebron James and JJ Watt stay at the top of their game? Napping!!

We dug talking about sleeping and talking to veterans so much that we combined the two and talked to an Air Force veteran that is also a Certified Sleep Expert. More sleeping you say? Hell yes I say! Napping while my son naps is one of the highlights of my day. Don't take this away from me. Plus, I'm trying to out-do Lebron.

Paul Bright was an awesome guest who has an awesome podcast called The Why Behind Your Z's with Paul Bright. He's dropping all the best sleep knowledge over there. Find it on Spotify or wherever you're listening to this. He's also sharing wisdom on his website sleepyoudeserve.com. Either option is a can't miss for all your sleep-enhancing needs.
