    We open today's show with Eric Clapton's song Layla.  We jump right in thanking Hadley Belle Miller for being on the show last week and play a few samples from her album Wildflower. We also announce the 30th Anniversary and Get Together for The New Monkees. Steve let us know that his driving for Uber is feeling like a real job even though he's retired. Vee tell us about her new apartment and that she got a role for a horror film. Sean gives a birthday shout out to fellow BJ Show Bud Dawn Cooper. Then Intern Michelle talks to us about her two big surprises Getting married and meeting Johnny Depp. The gang then talks about the boy who mowed the White House Lawn, Foods that make you attractive and having fun with Play Doh!  Then Sean interviews his friend singer/bassist Chip Z'nuff from the band Enuff Z'nuff. Then we all play the game.

    Today's Theme is Linus and Lucy by Sean's friend Gary Hoey. All of the girls are away this week but Steve and Sean once again move the show forward on their own.  Steve talks about his Fantasy Football League and then went to go see the new version of Steven King's IT. Sean talks about getting a new computer, going to Fertitta & McClintock performance and then seeing his friend Chip Z'nuff & the band Enuff Z'nuff perform at the Rainbow in Hollywood. The guys then do What's News?! talking about both hurricanes, the earthquake in Mexico and the passing of Don Williams and Troy Gentry. The guys then do a Pocket Size Cinema. Then they welcome in actress/singer Hadley Belle Miller. She talks about her acting in theater and her voiceover work in the Peanuts movie (She played Lucy) and her new album Wildflower which you can buy on CD Baby. We had so much fun with her. Sorry to say the recording stopped towards the end but still a good interview.

    Thanks to the wonderful heat we've been feeling lately, today's theme is Heat Wave by Martha Reeves and The Vandellas. Right away we find out that Vee is moving into her new apartment and Intern Michelle is at the Long Beach Comic Con. So today it's Sean, PJ and Steve. We hear more about PJ's tummy issues, More Driving Miss Daisy stories from Steve and then Sean had one hell of a week. New job to computer going out on him. Sean's son meets retired Laker AC Green and Sean performs on Demo Radio at the request of a fan.   We then talk about all the good things going on due to the floods in Texas. The gang then pays tribute to the legendary Jerry Lewis. We then get to talk about what movies to see with Matt Atchity from What The Flick airing on the Young Turks Network. Sean plays a wonderful funny story about the Lone Ranger told by the late Jay Thomas.  Steve share a story about a guy bullying a girl over her lemonade stand. Vee tells us what type if ice cream says about you and Sean shares the most worthless degrees in college.

PJ then gives us a taste of her talents as a traffic reporter and then does her own special version for Your Weekly Dose.  The gang then talks about the little things that people take seriously, the solar eclipse and a guy who robs a house doing the dishes. We first open with thanking last weeks guest Jonny Loquasto and Sean even said his name right this time ! Good For Him !  Steve talks about how he is house sitting, can we say PARTY !! He also mentions how he helps his friend speak another language.  Sean talks about him housing the Young Americans one last time for the summer. The guys then do the horoscopes for the room.  The guys then pay tribute to Glen Campbell and Celebrate National Vinyl Record Day. We then jump in right with our returning guest director/author Staci Layne Wilson. This time we have her in the room talking about a documentary she is working on about her father, Don Wilson and his band The Ventures.

Then we begin to talk about we have to watch when they are on, but then it switches to how good Jamie Lee Curtis is a dancing in the movie Perfect and True Lies.
