I've been thinking about home organization, clutter, cleaning and mental health lately. There's this idea that if things aren't done one is being "lazy" or just needs to work harder, build better habits, etc. But if you have ADHD it isn't that simple. My goal with this episode is to offer some understanding of how ADHD plays out in caring for our homes, and some of the challenges there- both so we can better understand ourselves, and eachother.
