"Hello to all of you beautiful souls! My name is Kaylin. I am a wife, a mom of two, a devoted Christian, and a mental health therapist who dedicates each day to helping others find freedom from eating and body image disorders, depression, anxiety, OCD and much more. I am a survivor of many of these things and I am beyond thankful for the journey I was called to walk. I graduated from UNO and obtained both my undergrad and graduate degrees in Social Work. I recently became EMDR trained. Though my passion is eating disorders, I did training at other Residential Programs for substance use and behavioral issues. I also spent time interning at the Douglas County Work Release Program. When I am not at the office, I enjoy hanging out with my family playing games, traveling, watching movies, playing outside, and making as many memories together as we can. No matter where you are at in life, I pray you know how loved you are, how much you matter and how important your story is."
