not yall thought we weren’t coming back for another season?! babyyy we got a whole lot to get into this year, but before we do we gotta highlight a few things we missed while we were off in 2022!! at the end of the day, it’s all about supporting and protecting black women (and southwest running jordan her money). you know how we comin over here — let’s get loud!!

awwww not us emotional that the year’s over!! yall another year has come & gone so yk that calls for an obligatory reflection episode! in our transition out of college into earllyyy adulthood, we’ve learned so many lessons we want to share with you!! cheers to all of us in 2023 xoxo <3

we’ve all heard the phrase “ignorance is bliss” but have we all experienced the privilege to live in complete ignorance to absolutely everything happening around us 24/7??? uh ohhh we too loud??? today, we get into the common threads running between the attack on black women @ UK & the midterm election results—can you take a guess as to what it is?? bloooppp!!!

suffering, our mental health, saving the world…all of these are things that people think black women owe to society, but we’re here to tell you that simply does not and will never fly over here!!!! join us as we actively identify what burdens we need to unload and how we’re working on attacking them in our personal lives…whew chile it’s not easyyyy!!

if there’s one thing we should all take seriously, it’s our mental health!! but just because we ~should~, doesn’t mean we’re always good at prioritizing it. this week’s episode is a reminder for all of us to check in on ourselves and our people (especially the ones who always seem happy)!! let’s all remember that we never really know what people are going through so let’s all treat each other with a little more empathy!!! <3
