Mr Demo is very confident; Richard does not even think a win on Sunday guarantees a City title. The Arsenal bunch expect a draw but feel a defeat might end their season.

Amara Obah is joined in the pod by regulars, Natalie (in Manchester); Esther and Dapo in Lagos to review the quarter-final second legs and make a call on which two teams make it to Oslo for the final.

Aclsports' women's football head, Amara Obah gathered Lawrence Baidoo (@kweku_lawrence) in Ghana, Adedapo Adesanya (@Dxpo_) and Doofan, both in Lagos to review the UEFA Women Champions League quarter-finals first-leg matches. 

These people watch a lot of women football and they bring that into the pod. 

Engineer Kowope is in the pod with Atinuke Esan and Timothy Dehinbo to review MD 31 of the NPFL and preview what the remaining seven matches could mean for many of the teams. 

The relegation fears are real even for a team sixth on the table at the moment.
