Kurt Podeszwa has been the Camp Director at Camp For All for over 14 years. Camp For All is a camp for children and adults with special needs and challenging illnesses. He is also a speaker, trainer, consultant, and has worked with many camps and companies to increase their impact with training on behavior management, customer service, communication, team building, leadership, and much more. Kurt is also a volunteer for the American Camp Association having served 6 years on the national board, working with the National Council of Leaders, as a standards visitor and instructor, as well as various leadership positions in sections and local offices. Kurt currently serves on the National Standards Commission and the National Board Development Committee. Kurt lives at camp with his dog Fern and his 3 children, Salem, Indigo, and Kerryck grew up at camp. His second favorite title is Camp Director, Dad being his favorite.

In addition to consulting with camps across the country, Dave is a sought speaker at conferences, an AMSkier Partner, the Incoming Chair of the ACA-Keystone LCOL and the Director of a Master's Program of Camp Administration and Leadership at Gratz College.
