That is why we have put our heads together with Unwise to cook up something special. A total of eight DJs came by the Chicago Social Club to spin their current favorites.

Mans even brought his own stage mascot! Go blast this through your sound system, y’all are in for a treat. Enjoy!

From the moment he walked into the club we knew that this was going to be a unique and memorizable mixtape.... and guessed what: he killed it! Juan played multiple funk edits produced by himself and actually created a little (1,5 meter distance) party for the people backstage. Make sure to check out this crazy baile funk mixtape and believe us it is very difficult not to move your hips!

Being a fusion of world sounds, his set bridged several genres, from HipHop, Afro, R&B, as well as his own tunes. Since events are not happening for the foreseeable future, JAEL made sure to keep you going virtually by curating this a banger of a set for you!   But there is more... his latest single “W/ Me” is coming out Friday, May 29th, so make sure to show some love and stream it on your favourite platform.  ENJOY!

For the 16th episode of SKANDL TALKS we had the pleasure of welcoming Amsterdam based designer William Ampofo to the studio to discuss his journey of building his own fashion label CRUÈL. We chopped it up about his creative vision for Cruel, his efforts to re-define fashion week, as well as some practical insights into building a brand. Enjoy!

We decided it would be a good idea to use the SKANDL MUSIC platform to highlight some of our favourite venues that our city has to offer. Since we're all on Lock-down during 'Rona Season we joined forces with Amsterdam's Cereal & Chill to bring you a selection of talented Selectors. For this collaboration, the 8 DJs will each deliver a care package of tunes & good vibes during this time of isolation.

The 6th DJ we would like to introduce to you is upcoming DJ & Producer: LPACA. This young talent is producing a lot of sick edits and just reached the 10.000 followers on Soundcloud.. what is a lot! This mixtape varies from crazy hiphop bangers, low key r&b edits to experimental house sounds, so make sure to listen carefully and enjoy this perfect quarantine session!
