S/O to PeteyPessimist, Dj Dub, and BluntsBuildBonds for a pretty cool conversation outside of that recording studio. It was super organic.
Otherwise, see y'all on the next one! Peace!

I decided to do a weekly check in just to stay up to date with what I have been working on and to open discussion for everyone listening to chip in on what YOU have been working on. I want to encourage more people to interact, and especially as an entrepreneur, it is PERTINENT that you are not alone for one and secondly, that you cannot do this on your own.
This past week was VERY productive for me, and I got a lot done including moving VMG's site, revamping the site and also getting my schedule down with my business partner, Manny. We have some meetings this week to attend, real estate ventures to pursue, and focus on growing VMG Inc. What do you have on your list of to-do's this week? How did you do last week? Let me know!
Feel free to open up and let's create a positive community for everyone to be able to join and interact with each other: The Entrepreneur+ on Facebook.
As always, I hope you enjoyed this one-on-one podcast. See you on the next one!

I met Henry during high school in our guitar class. He -- even then -- was a phenomenal guitarist. Over time, I watched Henry grow deeper into his craft, or so I thought. Listen to the entire podcast to hear what we talk about.
Throughout my discussions with more and more people, I've noted a couple of things that each person seems to have in common which is that we all have a rise, a fall, and a rebirth (of sorts). Henry discussed how he really felt his truest when he was in high school playing the guitar. The fall comes post-high school when life hit him and he decided to party too much. He fell from his path. He fell far and this routine of bad habits led to further issues. The moment he was at his lowest, he spoke about how he learned who his true friends were. He learned who was really going to be there for him, but he also learned that he needed to protect his peace.
Protect your peace. That's the most important philosophy that I've discovered recently also and the energy that it took me to hone in and focus on drew me toward more people with similar energy. There are various people that I've either have come back into my life or came into my life, all are on the same wavelength as me -- but we all have our one thing to keep us grounded. Henry goes on and explains how getting back into his craft instead of pursuing what was not truly him really pushed him to learn that. We aren't taught about real life in school. We aren't taught about dealing with those ups and downs in school.
I want to thank Henry for hosting us in his basement studio for this podcast and dropping many gems throughout the podcast.
