I can't believe I'm saying this, but I think I love kettlebells? They may not be the best way to train for strength or the best way to train cardio, but maybe they are! But they're definitely a great way to train both at once, which means they are fast, Fast, FAST, and super convenient, and allow me to spend more time doing the important things in life, like playing golf!...I mean, spending time with my family!
