Managing my fitness routine can be quite complicated as I work on alternating shifts that sometimes have overtime scheduled on days I'm supposed to go for a workout. It's already hard enough to get proper rest time and social life working on shifts, but adding to all that, I have my self-studies, social media updating, podcasting, blogging, and sometimes vlogging schedule to follow as well.
So, a workout plan that is fixed is hard to follow. That is why I created 3 different workout plans and I feel that it is the best plan to follow if your life schedule is very unpredictable and not fixed.
