This one is for the ladies. I’ve been thinking about gender equality a lot recently… I’ve also been thinking about all of the badass women in my life. The inspiration behind the entire Pacifica Labs series of mixes has been because of the ever present female influence in my life. In fact, if it wasn’t for several women convincing me that I needed to get behind the decks, you wouldn’t be listening to any of this, because it wouldn’t be a thing.

Therefore, for the 10th volume, and last installment of the Pacifica Labs series, I wanted to pay homage to all of the goddesses that have made this journey of mine possible. The producer, the vocalist, the remixer, or the artist in this mix all possess the X chromosome. So I find it quite fitting that the number 10 also is the Roman numeral X. Thank you to all of you badass women out there, because you challenge me to be a better version of myself. Much love!
