Rev Elias Munshya is the Pastor and Executive Director of Calgary Vision Ministries (CVM), an all-encompassing network of Christian ministries based in Calgary, Alberta, Canada. CVM's mission is to proclaim God's peace through the force of redemption. Currently he holds credentials with the Pentecostal Assemblies of Canada.

Mr Immanuel Mwilima is one of the key facilitators of community capacity enhancement through community conversation (CCE-CC). He works for the Alliance of Mayors' Initiative for Community Action on AIDS at the Local Level (AMICAALL), in Namibia, as a specialist in (CCE-CC) facilitator. The Alliance was established to promote an expanded, multisectoral response to the HIV/AIDS epidemic at the local level. Mr Mwilima will discuss the concept of community capacity enhancement and provide anecdotal experience of working in this way to promote community ownership of the response to HIV/AIDS and of development.

Mrs Suki Williams Zimba is the Client Relations and Corporate Affairs Manager at the Zambian International Trade and Investment Center a private Business Consulting firm based In Lusaka, whose main objective is to provide efficient and cost effective services to investors and trading organizations.

ZITIC works with local, regional and international investors in trade and investment facilitation. Recently ZITIC in partnership with the ZBTR 'Team Zambia' are working as co-coordinators and facilitators for the Southern Africa region and North America/Europe respectively to lead a Zambian delegation to the US- Africa Business Leader's Convention and Expo. Dr. Ian Campbell is the Coordinator, at Affirm Facilitation Associates in London, and also a physician and international health programme consultant. He was chief medical officer for Chikankata hospital 1983-1989, during that period Chikankata pioneered integrated response to HIV/AIDS, bringing home, hospital and the community closer. This revolutionary approach, was responsible for placing the community at the center of the response to HIV/AIDS has been replicated across the globe. Dr Campbell will reflect on the way communities responded then and the way community response is evolving.

Hon Dora Siliya is the Minister of Education and the spokesperson for the ruling party MMD. Recently Hon Siliya toured the campus of the nation's premier high institution of learning, the University of Zambia (UNZA). The institution has critical shortage of student housing and infrastructure requiring attention. There is ongoing construction at the campus to alleviate the current shortage of student housing. Hon Siliya recently announced government's plans to build more universities in major provincial centers of the nation and also primary and secondary schools.
