Adam Phiri , The President of Islamic Council of Zambia, joins us on the show Saturday to discuss steps the council is taking to avoid Islamic extremism in Zambia. The first man from sub-Sahara Africa was arrested in a major act of terrorism in an attempt to blow up a US airliner on Christmas day.

junior sportsman of the year 1997 and won both Zambia junior sportsman of the year and sportsman

of the year awards 1998 with Kalusha Bwalya, Samuel Matete and Amon Simutowe as fellow

nominees.
