Wyatt works professionally as a researcher, but also is a podcaster and a blogger. The podcast that Wyatt co-hosts is called Nobody Expects the Dismal Science where him and his co-host discuss things such as economics, politics, sports, and how to improve outcomes. Wyatt's blog, LaoWyatt (linked below) is a platform where Wyatt shares experiences, lessons learned, and tries to provide information that the reader can take away and better themselves with. Wyatt has been someone who has always wanted to help others as much as he could. Throughout the time that I've known Wyatt, there's been plenty of times where I've witnessed him helping others first hand. Additionally, Wyatt has always been extremely passionate about sports. While taking his love for sports and utilizing his knowledge and understanding of economic principles, patterns, and models he stumbled into sports gambling. While maybe people are gambling on sports these days for fun, or in hopes of winning big, Wyatt was able to turn his gambling into saving lives and positively impacting many others. It has been really cool to see the various different ways that Wyatt has been able to help those in need. I know that he will continue to do so, and I hope that his experiences and message inspires you just like how he has inspired me.

Abby is a former Division 1 softball player at Central Michigan University and currently works as a sales representative for the San Jose Sharks. While in college, Abby was balancing being a full-time student, college athlete, and enjoying the college experience. After completing her undergraduate degree, Abby started to work on her Masters while still being eligible as an athlete. Ultimately, Abby was given the opportunity to move to California to work with the San Jose Sharks in sales. While moving out west was a huge transition, it was one that Abby is happy she did. Since moving to California for this role, Abby has learned a lot and experienced tremendous growth both personally and professionally. In a short time, Abby has found solid succeed with the Sharks and in a sales role. It's exciting to continue to watch her grow, and cool to see that she's still heavily involved in sports - even if she's not the one playing any more.

Drake is a fitness enthusiast who has an extensive background in personal training. While Drake has always had a passion for his own fitness, he has found a passion in helping others. Having obtained his personal training credentials, Drake loves sharing his knowledge with others and helping people reach their own fitness goals through education, encouragement, and support. In addition to fitness, Drake loves connecting with people. Serving as a personal trainer gives Drake the best of both worlds as he gets to connect with people while helping them with their fitness. Matt is an avid gamer who is active in the gaming community and also a comedian. Mike is the creator and host of his podcast Tea with Mike. What started as a school project, Mike took his podcast and made it into a massive passion project that he pours his heart and soul into. While also being a big tea drinker, the name "Tea with Mike" is extremely fitting. Originally Mike wanted to be a performer but after a while, decided to pursue things a little more "behind the scenes." One of the the highlights of Mike's podcasting journey has been that he has had an episode featuring entrepreneur Gary Vee. To get a huge name like Gary Vee onto the Tea with Mike Podcast came from a lot of dedication and hard work. Mike shares how he was able to meet Gary and what that experience was like. It has been absolutely fantastic getting to know Mike and to learn about his podcasting process. Not only have I gained a friend, but I have also learned some insight into the podcasting space. While landing Gary Vee is a huge milestone, I have no doubt that Mike will continue to elevate his podcast and that we will be hearing a lot of great future accomplishments from him.

Alan is a teacher, athlete, and coach. Whether it is through teaching his students or his clients, Alan has a true passion for connecting with others and helping them learn. While Alan does a great job helping his students and clients learn the specific subject matter, he also finds ways to incorporate other life lessons. Things like better understating our emotions, self-care, and just simply becoming more in tune with who we are. Going into this conversation, I had a good idea that we would be talking about fitness. While we definitely did, it was great to hear a lot about Alan's mindset. While our physical health is important, our mental health is just as, if not more, important. It's really awesome to hear that this is something that Alan helps teach both his clients and students. I have no doubt that Alan is going to continue to positively impact many people. I'm really looking forward to future conversations with him and to continue to watch Piek Professionals grow.
