Jonah ran away when God called him to go to the great city of Nineveh and preach against it.
Sometimes we are called to a vision and to lead, but we run away feeling that we are inadequate or not ready.
Good leadership and vision is rare, it always has been. In this episode I talk to Sharlene Atai who had her own struggles early on in life, but now embraces it and does a great job leading and guiding wherever she goes.

Keep Chopping Wood - cutting edge and primal movements. Austin is a creative and intuitive thinker who backs himself. This series is a throwback series to when I started my podcast back in 2014 with a small camera and a handheld microphone that I borrowed from a close friend. Back then, podcasting wasn't that common and I didn't know know how to upload to a podcast platform yet, so it was only ever on YouTube until now. Excited to share and bring these episodes and memories back life in a time that I was heavily involved in CrossFit and made some great friends who kindly became my guests. Many things have changed for us all since the episode, so it's always fun to look back to where we were then and where we are now. Hope you enjoy it as much as we did.
