David answers that when companies implement stress management services “There is more creativity, more happiness, more productivity, more ingenuity, there is more coherence. There's a different paradigm in regards to how the corporate structure operates, where they have a value system instead of... you're just here for your time and money. There's a different mentality that's associated with that. And I feel like on a collective level we're growing as a species. We’re realizing what structures serve humanity and which ones are kind of outdated. So we're continuing to evolve in a corporate environment where they have these lifestyle practices as the bedrock of their company culture. They just get it. There are a lot of successful companies incorporating these holistic lifestyle practices.
So for some [companies] not incorporating that, they're missing out on profits... But more importantly, they're missing out on developing as a business owner and a leader, or a market visionary, or whatever it is that they identify themselves as… When you have a connection and you see the value of life, you improve your employees’ lives, and your business benefits from that. When your business benefits from that, the market benefits from that. When the market benefits from that, you know, it's awesome."
