Rob Knake is a Senior Fellow for Cyber Policy at the Council on Foreign Relations. He focuses on governance, public and private partnerships as well as cyber conflict.
He served from 2011 to 2015 as the Director for Cyber Security Policy at the Whitehouse. Rob was responsible for the development of the presidential policy on Cyber Security. He also built and managed federal processes for cyber incident response and the policies for international cyber conflict.
