The after credits scene at the end of The Mandalorian shows Boba Fett sitting on Jabba the Hutt's old throne with Fennec Shand seated next to him. This statue captures that moment beautifully. Watch the unbox video to see what I think about this statue.

Product Summary

Sideshow and Iron Studios are proud to announce the latest from the Art Scale 1:10 line - Boba Fett & Fennec Shand on Throne Deluxe! This Star Wars Collectible Art Scale Statue is limited edition and comes with a detailed hand-painted base.

In the past, Boba Fett was one of the most feared bounty hunters in the galaxy, working for both the criminal underworld and the Empire, thus becoming a legend. After a long time, when many thought he had come to an end by facing Luke Skywalker and falling into the fearsome Sarlacc Pit on Tatooine, he resurfaced in the series The Mandalorian, recovering his armor and taking from Bib Fortuna the throne that once belonged to the deceased Jabba. With Fennec Shand at his side, he became the new big gangster boss in the galaxy.

The bounty hunter sits on a throne decorated with monstrous bronze heads, which meticulously replicates the minimum details of the post-credits scene from Season 2 of the series The Mandalorian. Thus Iron Studios presents its statue "Boba Fett and Fennec Shand on Throne Art Scale 1/10 Deluxe - The Mandalorian - Iron Studios". This Star Wars statue features the iconic Star Wars mercenary in his restored Mandalorian armor, with his classic blaster rifle resting on the left arm of the concrete throne, and also features his lethal ally sitting on the right arm of the throne, holding her blaster rifle. The statue faithfully reproduces the features of the Chinese-American actress Ming-Na Wen who plays Fennec. The scene is a preview of The Book of Boba Fett, another Star Wars spin-off series scheduled for late 2021.

During the Republic Era, another legendary bounty hunter named Jango Fett was the genetic donor for the creation of the Clone Troopers, soldiers genetically altered at birth for fast growth and loyalty, and submission to the army of the old Galactic Republic. Fett demanded to receive for the donation, in addition to a sum of money, a single unaltered clone of himself, which he named Boba Fett and raised him as a son. After seeing his father killed in combat by Jedi Master Mace Windu, Boba, unsuccessful in his quest for revenge, was imprisoned on Coruscant. After serving his sentence, he followed the same professional path as his father, working with several other hunters.

Elite mercenary and assassin Fennec Shand had her first appearance in the fifth episode of The Mandalorian series, in which she was hunted by Mando and his ally Calican, being saved by Boba Fett in the 14th episode of the series, thus becoming his partner. She helped Boba Fett retrieve his armor and later rescue Grogu (Baby Yoda) to honor a deal. At the end of the mission, she follows Boba to Tatooine, where he takes control of the remnants of the Hutt cartels.

One more release from Iron Studios, in its The Mandalorian line, which already features figures from Mando, Moff Gideon, and Bo-Katan.

Here Comes Calico #4 just stirred the pot even more! We already have a handful of intriguing characters that could be fleshed out, but in this issue they add a few more. You are introduced to these starting characters and learn just enough about them to become interested in them. Then the story switches perspective and you don't see the character again. That is, except for Kingman. He makes an appearance at the end of the issue and tangles the knot even tighter.

Each issue makes me anxious about them finishing up the story in 8 issues. I'm sure they have a master plan, but I can't figure it out. There should be a flourish of activity in the last 4 issues and I can't wait to witness it.

The Infinity Saga Iron Man Ultimate 1:10 scale statue from Iron Studios is a nice little statue for the price. It goes well with the rest of the Infinity Saga diorama statues.

Product Summary

Iron Studios presents the Iron Man Ultimate 1:10 BDS Art Scale Statue!

Founding member of the Avengers, Iron Man has been a multimedia Marvel character since its inception but has become even more popular worldwide thanks to the charisma of actor Robert Downey Jr., who has played the hero since 2008, in Marvel Studios' first independent film, which gave rise to the so-called Marvel Cinematographic Universe. After many victories and conflicts, the armored hero made the maximum sacrifice by giving his life to stop Thanos and, in an impactful way, had his story concluded in Endgame, further solidifying his value in MCU.

Iron Studios, in partnership with Marvel Entertainment, celebrates its historic and adored cinematographic universe with the Infinity Saga line, reproducing new statues that are derived from the most memorable and eternalized scenes from Marvel movies, for collectors.

Set on a base shaped like rocky terrain, home to the battlefield of Earth's greatest heroes against the invading forces of the fearsome Titan Thanos, and his army of aliens led by his Black Order generals, Iron Studios presents "Iron Man Ultimate BDS Art Scale 1:10 - The Infinity Saga- Iron Studios", with the genius Tony Stark in his Mark LXXXV armor, using nanotechnology with improved durability that makes his costume more powerful.

In Avengers: Endgame, the ultimate battle for the fate of our planet and the entire universe, is fought between the Avengers and their allies against Thanos and his Black Order, leading an army formed by the aliens Chitauris, Sakaarians, and Outriders. On a monumental scale, the clash that took place in and around the ruins and rubble of the demolished Avengers base has become one of the greatest extraterrestrial conflicts in Earth's history.

The historic completion of the third phase of Marvel's cinematic universe in theaters has become the highest-grossing film of all time, and the unforgettable scene in which Captain America, in front of his allies, finally speaks the famous rallying cry of the heroes in the comics: “Avengers Assemble”, something very anticipated by fans. This moment is also immortalized by Iron Studios in this new diorama composed of the three statues of the protagonist heroes, individually available.

A question that comes up from time to time is should I get my comic book pressed. Most people don't know that is only one of the services you can have done to your comic to hopefully raise the grade and make it more valuable. You can also have your comic book undergo restoration or conservation. There are a few caveats to each process and will definitely change the type of CGC label you will receive.

I explain the differences in these services and when you should consider having them performed on your comic book.
