An ordinary person without power. Coming to understand the fundamental value and worthiness of all human beings, even those with no apparent power, status, or importance. The swing of the pendulum between approval and rejection by his social group. Strength and self confidence independent of encouragement from others. Accepting praise and applause without reliance on it. An understanding of the fickle nature of popularity. Fifteen minutes of fame followed by a fall from grace. Ability to rise above vicissitudes of passing fortune. The pressure of being idolized or being famous. Identity becoming eclipsed by the need to act on something more important. Shedding self imposed or other’s projections of ideal roles onto oneself. Understanding that no one can always live up to every expectation and readjusting your beliefs and feelings accordingly. Performing a need for affection and admiration rather than giving and accepting actual love. Dropping the false show you put on for others. Stepping off the pedestal, exiting the spotlight. Serving behind the scenes. Faithfulness to your true self. Reevaluating who you think you are. Realizing your aim was unrealistically high. Being critical of others from a superficial, boastful sense of insecurity and inferiority. Mocking or taunting those taking action while remaining on the sidelines. A shallow philistine, lost or stuck on surface matters. A pretentious and hollow need to fly free above common pettiness.

Professional whistlers, ornithologists. A musical soul, whose highest gift is singing and writing for the human voice- often better at solo songs rather than singing with multiple voices.
