Anxiety is the silent killer. Figure out whatever is making you anxious and deal with it. Anxiety on its own does not solve anything for you.

Choose to be around those who, even when upset, understand your perspective. Also, love yourself enough to know they're themselves in pain & not attacking you. Please respond with the composure you expect from them. Let it be the beginning of healthier connections. Let peace prevail in your life.
