In today’s episode, I am joined by the main man and one of my best pals in the industry, Mike Clay of Clay Properties. 

Mike originally came to me to join my 1-2-1 programme (The HMO FastTrack) because Mike thought it’s time to make a change. Although he had a successful corporate career, it’s not giving him the lifestyle that he wanted for himself and his family. So, he made a tough decision to start doing his own thing and build his own portfolio through HMOs.

So in this conversation with Mike, he walked us through the process of how he was able to build his own HMO portfolio from zero knowledge to 13 HMOs in just a few years. And I genuinely believe that this is one of the best examples of how to build a successful HMO business properly - quick, efficient, profitable, and scalable.
