“As a human, you have at least 10-15 opportunities everyday to upgrade your energy and stay on the planet a little longer,” Brent writes. It’s his mission to help people recognize those opportunities and take advantage of them, whether through AI with his coaching company VOLV or his supplement line Ethos.
