Astrology highlights for the week of July 3, 2022:

00:49 – This week's theme is: Independence! This week we highlight the song “Independent Women” by Destiny’s Child! We can stand in our own power truth, and independence! Enjoy the video on YouTube!

01:33 – The 3 big things this week: First, Monday is July 4th weekend in USA. Be mindful of your safety this holiday weekend! We still have Mars square Pluto in effect, and this can be volatile. Also, Mercury is separating from the square with Neptune: Popping off with witty or funny jokes is possible, but be aware there can be misunderstandings. This can be a difficult combo, so stay safe! Also, most folks know Roe v. Wade was overturned recently, and Celeste offers some insights into this. Check out Celeste's Instagram feed for the special report on June 24th for a deeper dive.

05:09 – Second: On Monday, Mars (action) and Mercury (communication) are at the anaretic degrees of their signs (the last degree), and both are in yang signs, so energy expresses outward. In these signs – the signs of dignity – a planet can easily express its energy. Celeste covers a little info on horary astrology, too: At the last degrees of every sign, the planets report in to the malefics (Mars or Saturn), and this gives a more forceful feeling, so words could turn to violence. Again, take heed and be cautious. On a positive note, though, you may come up with a great idea and have the determination to put goals into action! 08:12 – Third: This week, we have a First Quarter Moon (FQM) – a time when people take action – in Cardinal signs (initiating energy). What goals did you set at the New Moon in Cancer last week, and how is that going? Time to review, assess, and move forward. Also, the Sun will be on the fixed star Sirius, “the dog star.” Sirius is in the constellation Canis Minor, and is the brightest fixed star; it’s also known as “the Shining one and the Scorcher.” Sirius can bestow honor, renown, wealth, ardor, faithfulness, devotion, passion, and resentment. It can also give success in business or “great and sacred deed” if you have a planet conjunct this star. Will a changemaker be born this day? And feel free to check out the Astrology King site!

11:11 – On Sunday, the word of the day is PASSIONATE! The Moon moves from Leo to Virgo at 5:31am PT. It a good day to remember your high and low road choices. Do you want to have a fun day and be helpful. Or leave heard feelings with critical or sarcastic commentary.

13:22 – On Monday, the theme is TURBULENT. Mars enters Taurus at 11:03 pm PT. Mercury enters Cancer at 11:24 pm PT. Speaking and acting out of emotion could lead to serious conflict. Channel your passion positively.

15:16 – Tuesday's focus is BALANCE. Moon enters Libra at 3:24 pm PT. Strive to bring harmony. Keep your wig on straight and stay unbothered.

16:07 – On Wednesday, the theme is SANCTIFIED.  The Sun is conjunct the fixed star Sirius at 14 Cancer How can you find the sacred in the mundane of everyday rituals? FQ Moon at 14 Libra perfects at 7:13 pm PT. Review your New Moon intentions and adjust as needed. Keep the momentum!

17:40 – On Thursday, the word is UNBOTHERED. Mercury is conjunct the asteroid Sisyphus. Watch out for frustration. The Moon enters Scorpio 10:14 pm PT. Your dreams could be intense.

19:07 – On Friday, the focus is COMPOSURE. People may be extra emotional. Don’t let anyone knock your crown off.

20:44 – On Saturday, the word is ADVENTUROUS! Have fun. Get outside into nature.
