Poem:

I look at the egg shells in my sink,

thinking about the mundanity of life,

It rains the next day,

and it makes me feel alive.Too many sunny days,

they all start feeling the same.A switch up,

dirt in my eyes,

everyone’s tensing their shoulders

relax,

it’s just rain.It’s just rain.I ride home,smiling.I’m alive.I’m alive.Happy for the egg shells in my sink.
