Social media has absolutely changed how our entire society functions, how people communicate and relate to each other. As more time goes on, we're witnessing the ripple effect that's happening, and the consequences of online social that's really impacting the younger generations.

 

In this episode (part 1) we're going to discuss being addicted to social media, addicted to scrolling, and being in love with getting likes. We have become a society that is constantly chasing likes and online approval from our peers (and even strangers). But when is enough enough? When does it cross over into an addiction? Is it really that bad to post on these platforms? We'll answer these questions and shine a light on this growing problem.
