An anxiety checklist (get yours here), our three brains, "growing a set," hearing God speak and discerning His will, a one-on-one with a brave and hurting soul, finding your purpose, and best Scripture and journaling practices were on this week's book club agenda. Below is the audio from our meeting.

Next week I hope to provide video, but this week's meeting showed a huge grid of participants that made it hard to follow, especially during the one-on-one. So only audio this week, and we'll try to provide video, too, next week. 

If you were left in the waiting room, I expected about half of those registered to show up (Surprise! It seems almost all of you did.), and the list of participants was so long, we did not see you there. We will do a better job next week of keeping an eye on the waiting room, but come early; we close the room at 6:35 CST.

If you cannot find the Zoom links emailed to you at registration and again on Tuesday as a reminder, please check your spam folder. Everyone (but one, who registered under the wrong email address) found their Zoom emails there. See you tomorrow at 6:30 PM CST or via email next week!

Have you read the book? Have you listened to the Freedom from Anxiety podcast series? What did the first book club meeting add to your understanding? What has God said to you? What does He want you to do next?

V | Verbalize (Pray about your thoughts and emotions.)

Remembering that He loves you and that you are in His presence, talk to God about the particulars of your O – Observe step. You may want to write your reflections in your LOVE the Word® journal. Or, get a free journal page and guide in the right-hand margin.

E | Entrust (May it be done to me according to your word!)

Heavenly Father, I ask that Your love flow upon me. May the Blood of Christ cover all wounds and restore all in me to wholeness and life. May the fire from Our Lady’s heart now enter me and anoint everything with the Holy Spirit and blind Satan.
