Sheryl Carroll is an ex-banking professional turned Integrative Health Practitioner and Health Coach. The tragic passing of a close friend to bowel cancer in 2015, set Sheryl off on a mission to understand what “healthy” really meant. This was the catalyst to her finding her true passion in the world of integrative health. Her banking years taught her the research and questioning skills she now uses to help women connect the health dots and resolve the things that are holding them back from living with radiant energy and feeling strong and confident in both body and mind. Her mission is to inspire women to make their health a top priority, enabling them to reach their fullest potential in life. Sheryl works with women 1:1 and in group coaching programs and educates corporate groups as part of their wellbeing initiatives.
