Astrology highlights for the week of September 4, 2022:

00:49 – This week's theme is: Practical Magic! How can you make the mundane sacred this week?

00:56 – The three big things this week: First, Venus enters Virgo this week! Venus is in fall in this sign, but Celeste brings Venus to life with well-known people - M. Night Shyamalan, Kim Kardashian, Meghan Markle, and Blake Lively. A Virgo Venus expresses love through service (like cooking and running errands for you) and acts of improvement (but do watch out for becoming a little too critical while Venus is in this sign). Celeste gives a mini-lesson on planets in dignity and debility! Dignity speaks to planets in rulership (power, comfortable, confidence, self-assured and responding in a balanced way to pressure) or exaltation (a place of special awards and honors, where the planet will likely act in a friendly and helpful manner, magnanimous, exalted and strong). Debility speaks to planets in detriment (which is the opposite sign of their home sign, and the planet may be tense, ill at ease, worried, and/or likely to act in unbalanced, extreme, or ineffective ways) or fall (the planet can act in extreme and unbalanced ways to get the attention and respect it wants).

09:55 – Second, Mercury stations retrograde (Rx)! This happens on the 9th at 9 Libra; it is an optical illusion with real-world effects. Mercury will appear to go back to 24 Virgo. When Rx, we can experience problems in communication and transportation. Also, our ghosts come back: You may run into or hear from people from your past. Remember: Review, reassess, slow down… all the "re" words are good for Mercury Rx times!

12:28 – Third, we have a Full Moon at 17 Pisces on Saturday! Great time to reflect on the routines and rituals in your life that support you – both physically and emotionally. Uranus is active in this Full Moon, so stay present for unexpected awakenings. This lunation is part of the Moon Phase Family from: mid-March 2021 and mid-December 2021… it will wrap up next June 2023. What is illuminated?

15:24 – On Sunday, the word of the day is ROYAL. Carry yourself with pride. Wear your crown proudly. The Moon enters Capricorn at 7:02 pm PT. Venus enters Virgo at 9:05 pm PT until September 29.

17:03 – On Monday, the theme is THANKFUL. Take a minute to have gratitude for the positives in your life. Consider starting a gratitude jar.

18:21 – Tuesday's focus is PRODUCTIVITY. Tackle your priority tasks first. The Gibbous Moon phase at 29 Capricorn begins at 7:50 pm PT. The Moon enters Aquarius at 8:41 pm PT.

20:00 – On Wednesday, the word is ALLIES. There is the opportunity to connect with a person who can help you move toward your destiny.

21:28 – On Thursday, the theme is BREAKTHROUGH. Write down any brilliant ideas. The Moon enters Pisces at 9:42 pm PT.

22:39 – On Friday, the emphasis is REMEMBER. Be prepared for your ghosts to return—Mercury stations Rx at 8:38 pm PT.

23:41 – On Saturday, the word is REVEAL. Bask in the Moonlight. Cleanse your crystals. Listen to your inner voice. The Full Moon is at 17 Pisces at 2:59am PT. Moon enters Aries at 11:47pm PT.
