Today I take you on my planning journey as I attempt to design our realistic Disney day for Hollywood Studios over Easter weekend for our toddler. This planning strategy can be used at any park, but I specifically gearing it towards my toddler and Hollywood Studios in the goals that we want to accomplish for her on a specific day. You can take every single one of these principles that I talk about in this podcast and apply it to your family and the way that you plan out your Disney days.
You might be thinking I'm going to Walt Disney World and only doing eight activities in an entire day, and that's not always the case. I don't want you to be set up for failure thinking that you can do more activities and then eight specific attractions, Schalles, dining experience, rides and character meet and greets.
The goal is also a balance in your day especially when you have young or little children. You don't want to be worn out because you went so hard that you end up having tantrums, and meltdowns and it kind of ruins that Disney day. With my strategies I am sure that we avoid tantrums during the day, we get the rest that we need, and we enjoy our Park day to the fullest.
Disney wasn't designed to allow you to get everything done in one day, and there is so much more to the park than just a rides. I hope this helps you plan your Disney days!
