Astrology highlights for the week of October 23, 2022:

00:49 – This week's theme is: The Purge. What secrets will be revealed?

01:16 – This week's three big things: First, Scorpio Season begins on Sunday, when the Sun enters the sign of the Scorpion! (And Celeste created this eclipse season video series to help guide you through Scorpio season, so do check that out!) This is a good time to examine our relationship with power and control, and to dive into the shadows and the parts we would rather disown. What can you purge? This Scorpio season may bring themes of being forceful and taking power; think "Dangerous Liaisons." The Sun and Venus enter Scorpio and quincunx Jupiter in Aries on a world point. Will we see news about wealth or a religious figure? Jupiter folks have been known to be religious leaders, teachers, celebrities, judges, astrologers, and people who bring wisdom.

05:45 – Second, we have Solar Eclipse at 2 Scorpio! This eclipse is conjunct Venus and speaks to new starts. Mars is also contra-parallel Pluto until November 4, which brings the flavor of an opposition. Saturn and Uranus are contra-parallel until January 6. And Mars is out of bounds until May 5. Tune in, as Celeste also discusses some current events!

11:03 – Third, Jupiter retrogrades back into Pisces, its home sign, until December 20. Take extra care regarding COVID precautions during this time. Jupiter will join Neptune, also in Pisces. Will we see news about storms, refugees, or inflation? Your Pisces house may get a nice boost during this time. Be on the lookout for themes of compassion and charity. Celeste associates this ingress with the 6 of Pentacles.

14:26 – On Sunday, the theme is PLUNGE. You may feel a big energy shift as Venus and the Sun dive into the intense, deep waters of Scorpio. Venus enters Scorpio at 12:51 am PT. The Sun enters Scorpio at 3:35 am PT.

16:28 – On Monday, the word of the day is LEVITY. The balsamic moon phase is a time of release. Can you slow down and keep conversations light?

17:36 – Tuesday's focus is DESTINY. It is eclipse day, a time of fated events. The Moon enters Scorpio at 12:18 am PT. The solar eclipse is at 3:48 am PT.

19:15 – On Wednesday, the words are SHOCK & AWE. Be prepared for surprises. I hope they are happy ones.

21:04 – On Thursday, the theme is TACTFUL. Consider the impact of your words on others. The Moon enters Sagittarius at 3:54 am PT. Jupiter reenters Pisces at 10:09 pm PT.

23:05 – On Friday, the emphasis is CREATIVITY. Take some time for out-of-the-box thinking. The waxing crescent phase begins at 2:19 pm PT at 20 Sagittarius.

23:57 – On Saturday, the word is SHADOWS. Take time to consider what parts of your personality you would rather disown. The Moon enters Capricorn at 6:21 am PT. Mercury enters Scorpio at 12:21 pm PT.
