I'm super excited this week. Not because of a whole bunch of personal production. Actually, we got no-showed more than normal so the production side wasn't a great week. I'm excited right now because of team growth. It's so invigorating to talk to someone who's serious about making a change in their life. And it feeds me to know I'm going to be responsible to help someone get out of their job this year.
