This week the guys talk about irritation. Why do we have that feeling. They wonder if it's just them or is it really everyone else...they know how that sounds but listen to understand. 

They also talk about their kids and their passions ie arts, sports, etc. How parents need to be careful not to push them into things they want but what their kids want. 

Next week they will be getting into it even more. 

They also to a quick review of the new "Halloween" movie. Tony reviews "The Haunting of Hill House".
