Catching your reflection walking home

I realised, movement is a langauge.  

it is your language.

I want the world to know that I care.

moving my thoughts forward

my day forward.

I want the world to know that I’m curious

exploring my resilienc

ealtering my perspective

on the move.

This isn’t just about movement

it’s about a movement

creating a movement.

today walking,

tomorrow running,

the next day

resting.

Movement is a language

It’s your first coffee order

a long black                (but not a cappuccino.)

It’s 15 minutes of alone time

the kid's are at school.

It's theyoga studio.

trails.

reformer bed.

silent nod.

sweeping the floor.

because it’s the only way you know you’ll feel like you can get anything done.

Movement is a language,

our reflection to the world.

And movement always feels good.
